Norton has been making cat sculptures for 10 years. His very first cat was modeled after our favorite barn cat named Ace. (Click here to meet Ace.) He makes 4 different styles of cats and, like his dogs, has made distinct breeds, mixed breeds and some "one-of-a- kind" cats, working often from family photos. Norton's cats are carved from eastern white pine; the wood is then painted. Sizes given are approximate. Each piece is signed, dated and numbered and is guaranteed for life.
